The HT Series rack-mounted power frequency inverter offers dual-conversion online and zero-switching for power plant/substation telecontrol, RTU, carrier, and monitoring. It supplies load from AC via rectification/inversion, or from DC backup when AC fails. If DC is undervoltage/off, or if inverter overloads/fails, it switches to bypass with alarm, and auto-restores to inverter when AC returns.

- The single-phase/three-phase AC mains power is sent to the input of the rectifier through a matching isolation transformer. When the mains voltage fluctuates within ±25% and the load varies within 100%, the output DC voltage of the rectifier remains stable within ±5%.
- By utilizing SPWM technology and converting DC voltage into standard sine wave AC voltage through an IGBT module inverter, we can reduce distortion, minimize the size of the filter, and ensure excellent dynamic characteristics when the load changes.
- In the event of mains voltage undervoltage or failure, the DC panel connected to the DC terminal will automatically supply power without interruption, and a signal will be given when the DC panel discharges. When the discharge voltage approaches the termination voltage, the system will give a warning signal. If the discharge reaches the limit voltage, the system will switch to standby power operation.
- When using a model with dual AC inputs (with the main power being the mains supply and the other group being the backup power), the system will switch to the backup power supply in case of mains supply anomalies or failures. Only when both AC inputs fail will the system switch to DC panel power supply.
- The static switch can continuously switch between bypass and inverter functions, and the switching can be done automatically or manually.
- The working status and data of the UPS are transmitted to the DCS system in real-time through RS232/RS485 and power conversion signals, enabling intelligent monitoring.
