Regular Charging and Discharging

Under long-term float charging, battery plates may undergo sulfation, leading to reduced capacity. Perform a deep discharge every 3-6 months, followed by a full charge. This activates the active substances on the battery plates and restores battery capacity.

Monitoring of Voltage and Internal Resistance

Monitoring battery voltage and internal resistance is also indispensable. Use professional tools to regularly measure the voltage and internal resistance of each battery cell. If abnormal values are found, troubleshoot the problem promptly.
